Kitaco Inner Rotor

I have my bike torn apart to replace the piston and rings. I have the kitaco inner rotor kit but cant seem to find any marking on how to time it. Also my intake valve was completely carbonated up while my exhaust valve was a lot cleaner. I believe it mustve been out of time from the last time i had to change my magnet because it cracked.
