hey all,

I need major help the other day i pulled my cyl head off and put it back on and now it wont start at all umm i looked at my spark plug and nothing was happening so i got some ngk one and there still aint no spark. My cam cover on the left side of the motor has snapped off as well? can i get that replaced?
Can anyone help me with starting it? Could it be becoz it flooded?
And i tightend a bolt on the other side of the inner rotor!

Thank you

When you are checking the plug for spark are you earthing out the plug? eg(holding the plug up against a metalic non painted surface of the engine?)

ok i found out that i do have a spark! and i cant start the bike still would i need that cam cover to start it? this is what it looks like atm!

The cam cover must be there to keep oil from flowing everywhere, and if the timing is off you will still have spark, but it won't spark at the right time. on the fly-wheel and on the cam-sprocket there should be marks indicating where the spark should come, if you don't know how a 4-stroke works, get someone to help you fix it and let them explain how things work, you can really damage your engine if the timing is off...

yea i fixed it thanks 4 your help everyone it was my cam timing
