Hey Dude's,

Just a want to ask a few questions...

1)I'm thinking about getting the FastAce's AS02 forks from DHZ as his decided to post them back up again. But I'm just wondering before I put them on will I need to put better quality oil in them or adjust them in any way?
I've read in a few posts that the AS02's are stiffer then the AS03 but considering that I only weigh prox 60KGs max and not doing major jumps but mostly trail would the factory setting be okay for me?

2) My current forks are ROCK hard... they just like seized up over night and won't even compress when I push down on them. I went riding today thinking that they might ease up but no luck. The compressed the littlest bit but didn't rebound... Weird thing was that before this way were way too soft but still not rebounding... Any ideas as to how to fix this short term? Pretty sure they're all kinds of f*@ked up I just want a quick fix until I get the FastAce's...

3) When I kick it over sometimes a popping sound will come from what I can gather is the airfilter following this a small amount of somke will come from the filter and then it will die... Though upon kicking it over again it starts first kick and runs fine. It's happended about 3-2times. Can anyone tell me if this a prob I should get checked out?

4) I've recently changed my rear sprocket to a 39T is it okay to run a 16T front as that's what is on there?

Thanks Guys! :D

gearing should be fine, mabey theres to much oil on the airfilter.

id clean ur airfilter and ur sproket should be fine..not sure wats goin on with ur forks lol

Rebuild your forks, for all you know it may just be bad oil, but its probably the springs.
