loose headset was wierd

today i pulled my front end off cause the head set was loose i was gonna just tighten it but i relized it wasnt badly loose the reason it felt loose was because that fat shaft that bolts the fork clamps to each other that goes threw the head set it was loose on the bottom clamp an the big head fark was that the shaft doent screw on the clamp they are pressed on so i didnt know what to do so i made a plate that i welded up an know its fine but i wanted to know has any one else relized this before when they have taken the forks off????

i also did some mods to i put a rc filter on my breather pipe cause dirt was getting in, blue levers,new thicker tubes an rim locks on both wheels, 16 tooth front sprocket, renthal grips,fuel filter,next is fox sticker kit,protapers,hard compound tyres an ill think about a IRK oh an high tensile an stainless allen key bolts all round

No Ihave not noticed this prob on my bike... all that was wrong with my front end was that there was **** all grease on the bearings...post pics please of your new levers and stuff.. PS how did the engine oil work in the forks...any good?

yeah there wasnt much grease on mine too but i greased the farrk out of them lol ill post some pics up when the stickers are on it
ill take it for a ride today to see what the engine oil rides like in the forks an let ya know ill also try an get some washers to stiffin them up
