m8 8mm hose fittings

Has anyone in adelaide got straight through barb fittings for attatching oil cooler hoses.
m8 8mm thread on one side and 8mm barb on the other?
Cant use my engine till I find some.
Will pay cash no worries!!!
Check your spare parts and old engines.

the thread needs to be M8 x1.25mm pitch

that is imperial, 1/8npt thread 1/4" barb

you could get something like these 2
Brass Fitting 1 4 BSP Female M8 8x1 25 Male Adapter OZ03 072 04M08D | eBay
and a 1/4 bsp to 8mm barb fitting-

Just cut the hose off the old banjo fittings and wack the new hose over it with hose clamps

Brenton doesn't have any old banjo fittings, the Z155 the oil cooler came off had barb fittings and same on the engine.
only problem is they are M10 thread, the new Z160Ho has M8 threads


the Lifan style oil cooler lines and banjo fittings use M8 bolts, but when you cut the braided lines off them they are 6mm barbs

Problem SOLVED!!
Im in melbourne so I went to braaap and got a new 250×80mm oil cooler, external filter and lines.
biggest one available.
Pics up when I get back & put it on
