For the amount of $$$ you have to spend a 2nd Hand CRF50 sounds like the Bike for you!!!

Theres quite a few on EBAY.com.au so if you check it out you might find something you like Depends on what you want really

check ebay for crf50s a fair few sell for around $1000, best minis around!

ummm where do you live?
for that kinda $$ you can get a 125/140, or you could probably get a crf50
