Stacked on my mountain bike on sunday, ended up in ambos and hospital for 3 days.
Savir Dislocation and(brake) Fraction.
Mora of the story, more speed is better then less. (i cased)
ps. Morphine is my best freind.

know how you feel i just fractured my ankle (little chip as well) and all this ligment damage hurts like hell ay but i didnt quite end up in hospital

dont rush it ,i had to have an op and screws put in in both wrists ,i was off my bike for 12 months but was out of action for 6 months

these were the first set of 3 sets of casts i had then i had to wear a brace for 4 months on both wrist ,only could take off to shower

it all depends on your break ,like i saids physio will hurt you but bear through it and od as they say , your young and will recover ,,mine didnt and i have **** wrists coz of it

hope you get better soon ,3 months will be a start tho i think

unfortunately most the time doctors are right which you aint gonna be doin much till an absolute minmum of 6 weeks thats a snap

(did they put it back into place coz my mate had a break like that but wasnt as clean and they said now hold on mate were just gonna put your arm back in to place CRUNCH ARRRGHH)

i broke my skafed or something like that on my bmx bike only 2nd time at a bmx track i was of my bike for 14 weeks and the doctor said don't ride the bike for 8 weeks and than another 8 weeks (16 weeks)

the mate that i was with when it happend and he told every one in my year lol. And ppl on msn are like OMG did the bones in your wrist come out of your skin. soo ye the story got a "little" twisted
