motor help IP56FMJ

I was riding for about 5mins when my bike died! There was some smoke coming out of the tube near the front sprocket... i took the dipstick out and smoke came out... if i try and kick it over smoke comes out of the exhaust... there is still some compression... could the problem be the valves?? any help would be much appreciated... the motor model is IP56FMJ... CHEERS
