anyone know what type of music is played in like pump classes etc at the gym is it just techno or is it somthin else im after that stuff that gets u pumped up you know with good hard beat..

at my old gym they just ran the radio(hammish & andy) even at home i listen to the radio.

listen to songs that you like though will get you into it more.
