G'day guys,

Altight, I have attached some photos of my custom 140cc motorcycle.

As you can see, the brake lever spring rubs against the casing on the engine. I don't think this is a big problem but we'll have to wait and see.

that front end has to go bro.. need a decent of forks
 
and watch out also once a bash plates on it i rekon it will hit the front wheel...

i seen u were mounting a oil cooler... u need a diffrent head to have it oil cooler if im correct..
 
Alright, I have been mucking around on Google Sketch Up and I have come up with a bracket for my oil cooler. The bracket will bolt onto the front pertol tank mount like in this photo.

This is my design as my oil cooler is a bit different to the one pictured above.
 
Just went outside to see how the oil cooler would look on the bike. The oil cooler is quite close.

change the bracket you are going to make so its moves the oil cooler foward more
 
Just a quick question. What brand/name is my exhaust. Like what genuine exhaust have the poeples coppyed off?
 
Yes your oil cooler will get as hot as the engine gets. Its job is to shed heat from the oil to the air to try and cool your engine
 
Alright, whats a good meatl that can cope with the heat?
