He is looking pretty quick. Should be able to run top 10 if he doesn't crash out again.
Just goes to show how much difference weight sessions can make to your riding.
lol i would say having RYAN HUGHES coaching him would be the result of him getting better on the bike, weights and gym time is for improved fitness and allowing him to ride at a fast pace for a full race.....with hughes helping him out he will def be one to watch, check out hughes in the ride 4 cure vid man hes flyining hes number 4 with yellow backrounds
