Whats good boys?

Long story short, bought atomik nitrous 150 mid sized, no complaints except the stock rear shock is pathetic.

What would you reccomend i get for the shock as im not very good with the mechanic side of things?

Any other parts also open for advice as ive got a big budget (within reason).
