Hey Guys haha,
I really spoke to soon haha,
http://www.miniriders.com.au/forum/showthread.php?t=7744
Previous issue, as stated in the last post seemed to be an issue with the Cam Case/Cover (Can get pic's if needed)
Bike was starting fine up at the shop, taken it home, seem's it has slipped off again,
Have tried to tighten it back up (Did it fairly damn tight) went to started off, massive click/clunk and obviously its fallen off again.
What would be causing this?
Ta,
Matt

wow i just finish typing well done and have fun riding
sounds like the cam chain tensioner is comming loose and your cam chain has come off

Probably man,
Makes sense I guess lol.

Basically now on start (Using electric start) it just has the sound of the electric start attempting to start the bike, and nothing else.

Cam issue obviously

you need to be very carefull if what i said in the last post is correct
you can do some major damage to the engine.
was the engine running when you heard the "big click /clunk noise"?

if it was running, and judging from what you said in the last post youve got some major problems at best id say your cam chain is off and jammed up stoping the motor from turning over.
and now at worst if it was running when it came off the piston may have hit one of the valves and bent it
best be heading back to the shop.

what exactly did they shop bolt back on? you didnt make it clear as the crank case cover is just that a cover or are u talking about the magneto comes off? pictures would be great

(What had to be put on right)

Any help?

bolt the magneto back on and go to a car auto parts shop and ask for a sheet of 4mm gasket paper! your magneto is rubbing on the casing causing the bolt to undo geeweiz something this simple ;) u need a gasket between the casings atm theres no clearance u can see the grinding marks inside the case cover and all over the magneto

while ur at it buy some silicone and see those two chain guides? well they are tensioners aswell slide them out put abit of silicon on the back and slide them back in over time they will work there way loose with the silicon it'll hold them in tight

And what, i just cut out the shape with the paper?

Simple!

Just got it running, thanks guys for every bit of your help!
