Hey All,

i am new member to the Miniriders Forums, but been a reader for some time

So the issue is i have a mini chopper which i have had for a few years and i recently moved to a small country town in South Australia
Riding the old girl off road with no rear suspension is killing me,

So what i am thinking of doing is building a new mini bike from scratch more suited for the area (Motocross ish),

looking for some personal opinions on which frame to start with, and parts avaliability and strength
i have already had a squiz through a few of the forums already
and being a guy of 190cm in height i dont know if that is an issue in itself.

The CRF50 and the KLX style frames are redily avaliable from my findings
but last thing i want to happen is snap the poor little thing with the 140cc engine or from rough riding

Cheers for your time

the DHZ crf70 frame looks like a sturdy frame, bit upsetting their out of stock at the moment
will have to keep on the look out

Hey dude,

I made the mistake of buying a standalone atomik KLX frame.

Got sent and turned out to be pink and didnt fit any of the klx or even crf50 parts I had lol... now sitting in the dump.

I would defiently look at going the DHZ crf70 frame and going a Dpro 140 swingarm to suit at the same time.

SHoot em an email bout the frame and they will most likely reply within the day and they may have some in stock or be able to give you a price estimate.
