hey guys ive just brought a 140 lifan and when i turn it off there is a spinning noise then a clunk and when its running there is a ticking noise i replaced the oil but its still doing it

that would be the one Terry...

and dont keep running it, you can destroy the clutch cover if it isn't dead already and you can block the crank's oil hole with alloy and crap..

so how do i fix that

take ya clutch cover off and inspect the destruction.. then obviously repair the damage..

you will need at least an oil slinger and a clutch gasket.. youll also need an oil slinger castle nut tool..get then from ebay or DHZ or just about any mini moto store.

while it apart also pull the oil screen out from above the oil drain bolt and clean it... dont forget to install it again tho..
