Hi all, Just saw some adv on some honda crf80 and 70 one?

the owner want about 2500 and one 2200.... the crf80 is 2009 and other not sure I would say about 2004-2007... Is it worth it? what price is a good price to start with?

I am more keen on crf50 and wack some mods on.... but if they are asking for 1100 to 1500 i rather huggle the price for new one ? Local dealer has it $1890 ( i heard rumors about $1500 from dealer ???)

Should i wait for Crf50 or Crf80 is the way? I am not going to race it or anything, maybe just dirt bike around the property and nearby park or dirt rd.... ??

Any advice would be really appreciated....

Cheers
Andy

Hi.

All personal taste really. It depends on how heavy you are and also how tall you are. It also depends on how fast you like to travel and if you master things quickly or not.

I tend to get the most powerful thing I can so I can grow into it instead of growing out of it.

If you can get a CRF50 for $1500.00 that would be a pretty good deal.

See if you cant knock a few hundred $'s off the 80. Depending on your size, weight as above I would think this would be a better option.

Thank logicquests..

I am 80kg 170cm tall.... How much is honda crf70 and crf80 new? any one know?

Just found out peter hill honda... up Numurkah have some on special $1490 adv on their front page

Just abit far from where i am.... i might ask dealer nearby to match the price see what they say

cheers

80 all the way. With your weight etc. you will need that extra power to keep you interested.

You could always look at one of the DHZ or Ciniworx bikes as well. They would keep you interested for a great deal longer and by all reports are on the whole very good quality with excellent after sales support.

Just a thought to broaden you horizons.
