need some help...

I bought a chinese pit bike last year, manufacturer is "buyang".. Don't get me wrong, I know it wasn't the best choice, but I just wanted something to fart around on..

after the 3rd day, the clutch lever would not disengage the engine so now i have to pop it into gear when i start. any solution?? i can't figure out the problem.

also, the chain snapped and i was wondering what chain I need to get.
