need sugestions on why my bike wont start

hey would any1 have a sugestion why my orion 125cc wont start i put rings in yesterday and i cant get it to start

did u put the rings in ya self?
did u do the timing properly?
did u make sure it has fuel?
did u wire the stator plate right?

will the bike kick over but not fire?
has it got plenty of compression?

need a lil more info till i can pick the problem
