new head..how to set up timing marks etc?

hey all..i burnt a valve out so i bought a new head over size cam better quality valves and springs match porting and ****..but come to the point of reassembly when i realised how do i find the bottom timing mark on the fly wheel..what cover do i need to pull off? is it the big cover on the chain side of the engine before the small sproket? the motors a 125 ducar if that helps any one..cheers lads

yer thats the cover on the left side the chain side, u will find the marks on your flywheel providing u don't have an irk.. there should be 3 lines

u better make sure the new head with different valves n **** fits ur piston and whole engine for that metter

just wind you're piston to tdc why the head is off make sure the cam is in the valley and if u have done what i said it will fit up

why dose the head need to fit the piston.....lol

depending on what head it is different valuse could smack the piston, just putting ideas into his head so he knows, if u new me better reece u would no i'm pedantic about little ****
