G'day to all fellow bike riders just registered and thought i'd say hi to all!!
Been into bikes all my life and just wanted some more info on motorcross
tracks around the west melbourne area.
Be great if anyone could point me in the right direction.

Cheers

Welcome :) well we should have Vic ridedays back up and going over the spring and summer months! There at a few tracks around Melbourne. Sure there is people from west melb that can share where they ride :)

What bikes you ride??

bikes

I've actually had more road bikes than dirt bikes but just love bikes in general always have. At the moment i dont own a bike sold my last one about 8 months ago it was more of a (farm bike) i would call it 09 DRZ 400 but did the trick just for a quick thrash when i spent a year in SA last year. Wouldn't call it a proper motorcross / dirt bike but served the purpose at the time.
Had a CR250 years ago which was good fun and the rest have been road bikes.
And yourself what do you ride??

Gid

Hey mate,

Was that saying that there's very few tracks that i can go to on the weekend and have a bit of fun or just a general (goodluck)

Cheers

Also might sound like a silly question but is this forum more dedicated to the young kids and there tracks or for all dirtbike enthusists??

If this forum is dedicated to only the younger little thrashaz does anyone have any ideas of other forums that would be more for me!!

Sounds alright GID i'm still in two minds to go for a 4 stroke or 2 I do love the ban, but grunt can be usefull aswell,

Hey we are more minibikes/midsize but most members are older.

We do have a big bike section but :)

Yeah welcome mate even though we mostly have pitbike enthusiasts here we do have our share of crusty old mxers and we all either have big bikes or are coming off a big bike . If you are thinking about getting something to ride around down there a midsize pitbike will be a cheap way to get going and more fun than you can poke a stick at (around 2k in the box ) and the Vicco crew have heaps of rides n events ... they are all heaps friendly and I'm sure you'll fit right in.

As for bikes right now I've just got my honda 88 but it's pretty pimp ... over the years I've owned a fair few pitbikes, cr,kx and yz 250's and a few xrs.

But my 01 yz250 has to be my favourite ... it was ANGRY
