hey guys im brand new..i picked up a mini bike which was missing the engine and most of the pannels guards and seat....how do i identify the bike? there doesnt seem to be any numbers or brand on the frame,..i will get a pic tomorrow but a general description is..straight alloy swing arm steal frame usd forks 12inch wheels my plan was to fit a spare dt175 2 stroke engine i had laying around should be a hoot, the bike looks in good nik with the esception of the shock bushes worn out and stuff..

Good luck getting the dt175 motor in there , its a vertical motor. Pitbikes have horizontal motors , so unless your prepared to create a totally new frme for it you'll never get it to fit.

yes well i had a look at it today...it looks like it will fit with not too much trouble...i have a bit off experience with this sorta stuff..i have a road going 125 cagiva mito with a banshee motor in it..and besides if it doesnt work no loss as i have a motor laying around and i free roller pit bike..

u sure u cant find any numbers on the frame, if you cant find any it mite be stolen... I think a few people steal cars and change the numbers on the frame to another car so that car is not recognised as stolen.

I CAN ONLY JUST REMEMBER THIS SO IT MIGHT NOT BE TRUE>

that is true its wat people do its throws off the cops and if it doesnt even have a serial number on it they think u have made it urself

it has some numbers up near the head stock but nothing specifically identifying it...ill write them down an take a pic tomorrow a girl owned the bike and her bf friend took the engine out of it to put it into his when he blew his up...
