g'day fellas
i recently bought a PitBoss pro 110 cc, for $100 off of my sister..basicly one of my dads apprentices bought it for something like $2300 a few years back,he gave it to my dad for my sister and she has now lost interest and i offered her cash and she took it !

i had to fix a few things and im exprimenting with setup and places to buy parts etc
it has a small amount of play in the rear swing arm and headset, headset is an easy fix although i think the rear swingarm will be harder
both 10 inch rims ,hydraulic front brake, drum rear

i recently hit my first Big-ish sorta jump on it and its great,it has a top speed of 76kmh
and im really enjoying the mini-pitbike sorta feel

here are a couple pics of me jumping and some of my bike ,enjoy :

Looks my old desert 110 hahaha yea i bought mine for $2500 in 2001-2002? Was a great bike until... Well
Come to think bout it she's still in peices in the shed with the rest of them lol

Check the bushes either side of the rear shock mine were flogged out mega... Or new bearings were ya swing arm shaft runs through the shock..

My headset always came loose aswell but always just tightened it up every now and then... Try high grade lock right?

should clear out your shed and sell it on here if you got heaps in pieces already lol..

thanks for the welcome tim!
and cheers loosekid,i will pull it apart soon and find out haha, i already pulled the headset apart but i didnt regrease and do it all properly(i just wanted to have a look tbh hahaha)
from the pictures ive seen on the net i believe mine is 2004,that would also make sense because weve had the bike a long time :)

im going to order a crf 50 plastics kit and probably graphics and maybe a seat, i may eventually spend some money and upgrade but it has a strong engine with a mikuni carburettor
i would like to tune the shocks and the likes more to my weight
although from looking at the forks they have no adjustments?

cheers fellas

hey mate

looks like she's held up very well for her age

cool pics of you jumping the table top

if you want some adjustable forks
you might have to look into some gpx black labels there on special atm from dhz

Lol yea I have like 3-4 engines from 110-tb 184kitted engines in pieces cause they failed in 1 way or another... But iv always needed spare parts so I really wouldn't sell them.. Always handy :)

update : so me and dad did a little work on the beast last night, cut out all the unnecessary wiring (electric start terminal and solanoids etc) and taped the remaining wires together real neatly and ran them back along the frame on the clamps provided..its much much cleaner now

i also fixed the play in the linkage and had a good go at the shocks play, now it only has up down play on the part where the shock connects closest to the fuel tank

also gave it a good wipedown and clean around the frame and hard to get parts

and ive organised a set of white crf 50 plastics with one industries graphics for it too :)

gunna paint the frame(including swingarm) , triple clamps and the fork bodies black this weekend hopefully :)

cheers
