I have just swapped an unwanted car for this bike below. So it really owes me $200. I am new to Chinese minibikes and want to know what it is, and if it's any good!

Although I got it for my son as a learner (which is his first bike ever) he found it so easy to ride, and never stalled it.

After riding around the backyard, I found this thing is fun!!! Even though my real bike is a 320kmph ZZR1100.

Basically, I am asking what are the typical issues with these bikes and what can prevent the eventual destruction? (Being Chinese)

ok well welcome to miniriders

that is a TDR which are usually bought off ebay, these arent bery good bikes BUT if it is your first bike more than likely you will not be riding it very hard or jumping it or anything like that

some parts to keep in mind to upgrade are tyres, bars, grips, and if you wanted upgrade or anymore i would suggest you sell it and some more coin to get something better or it will become another money pit

to look after oil your chain before every ride, pretty much strip the bike down and loctite ALL nuts and bolts otherwise you WILL loose them

other than that good luck with it if you need any help just put another post up and someone will help you out

Their is a bike for every aplication. You dont use a race bike on the back field do you?
Depending on what terrian you are riding on and how much you are thrashing it. If you keep the maintenance up youll be right mate. After all i had a Motoworks 125cc, for $500 as my first bike i absolutly thrashed it through the bush yeah wasnt the best ride but never let me down becuase of good maintenance...

Good luck mate, any problems just shoot em on to here....
