hey

i cant seem to find motul oil at the local shops near me, any1 know a shop with motul oil in Perth. I live in Hillarys which is north of the river so preferably in my area.

if not whats the next best oil to use after Motul, plz list the brand/model of oil.

thanks

Any reputable oil will do. If you are running in use a mineral oil, if the motor is run in get any 4 Stroke Motorbike 10w/40 Semi-Synthetic, just goto supercheap or any bike store. Get a litre for $12 or 4 litres for like $40

oil is oil! if ur running a stock set up, u dont realy need big brand shit! i use mobile oil 10w/40... its cheap and the bike runs perfect...

oils aint oils. with all 4 stroke engines running a wet clutch it is advisable to use a semi synthetic oil, shell advance 10w is perfect. i have had guys come in with clutch problems and the only fault found was incorrect oil such as 30 w / 40 thick and nasty rubbish. plus we must not forget the rest of the engine internals for lubrication.

Yeh 10w/40 is good but it is only a semi-synthetic, and they recommened only mineral for run in. I'm running 15w/50 mineral in my new motor until its run in.
