Open Motocross Park

Hi all, I am trying to open a motocross park in the Wide Bay area (qld). If you have any ideas, wants, needs please let me know. Any feedback would be sweet. I am looking at 400acres of natural terrain tracks from beginners to meduim. Bush camping available and open all year round. Guided Night Rides too.
Approx costs
Adults $15 per day
Highschoolers $10 per day
Primary and below $5 per day
Group of 10 or more 20% discount
Camping $20 per car per night, $100 for 7 night stay
Want to keep it affordable and not far from town.
Possibility of memberships too.

Count me in. me and a couple of mates would be extrememly interested in riding there. We've got the minis and a few beginner tracks sounds like a good way to have a cruise.

sounds good mate, but promise us one thing lol.. you'll build a dedicated 50's track!!

might also be worth structuring this place to host/hold comp level events.. there's not many places around these days..

mate before you go any further run the idea past the nirghbours and check with councils because they will close it just as fast as you open it

good luck. and I have seen private tracks go to shit because if public liability and noise dust complaints. and those complaints were never even justified. licensed motocross tracks have enough trouble let alone a private one who is taking money. I i love the fact that you are doing something for the people of the comminity, but what you are about to embark on is something that many many many people have tried and failed. not always their own fault.

make sure you get a good lawyer, because you will need one hell of an idemnity written up, and will need to fight every single complaint.
