xr100 and orion agb-29

Hey guys, i am planning on buying these two bikes, what are your guys oppinions on them? i live in the USA so i could really only find orion pit bikes, are there any other brands of pit bikes that you guys know of that is in the USA?

the orion 29 is a sweet bike it's the best out of the orion's and the honda should be ever better

allright, i see the orion is like around $900... so i think im going to get that. I do alot of hard core riding so i need something sturdy. and i LOVE wheelies... so will the orion 29 work good for me?

How much for the xr ? brand new or 2nd hand ?

im getting it for $850 2nd hand... another thing about the orion... should i get that orion, i am looking for a bike that i could upgrade to a pretty far extent.. now should i get the orion agb-29 or the atomix equivalent?

does MSO or PitPro post to the US? if so grab one of them...preferibly the Pitpro 140...;)

i really have no idea if they do.... i know that i want a pit bike without that wierd suspension in the back, its like that wierd tubing kind of stuff that is connected to the swing arm, which puts the actual shock in like a horizontal position; well i know i dont want that for sure, and i am kinda limited on cash... so any suggestions? also, i want something that has pretty high back suspension like the orion.

You mean a tri-swingarm?? Whats wrong with them? They are just as good if not better.

i really dont like the look of them... so which is better, the orion 29 or the atomix equivalent?

Hey guys, im looking into buying one of these kinds of pit bikes. I live in the USA so i really dont know if all these brands are available to me. I need to keep the bike under $1000 USD. I want a pretty good bike, one that has a lot of power at the wheels, but also a sturdy frame for average jumps... nothing humongus!! I was looking at the orion agb-29 and i really like it, but is it able to handle motor upgrades easy without alot of fabbing? Also, i dont want a tri-swingarm; as i really dont like the look of it. Thanks in advance.

Didn't you start a thread on this subject yesterday????

nope, that was more about the orion 29 itself, i would like to know more about the pitpro's and the atomix.

Ok sorry, I should have looked, I can see now that they are totally different..

Not.....

XR100 will still be going years and years after the orion is dead and buried.. LOL even if the XR was 10 years old when you got it.

yeah... they are. But i really am looking into this orion agb-29. I mean it looks awesome, and i like how it is kinda small, and it has that two-stroke look to it. I know for sure i'm buying the xr100... but i really think i want to get this orion; it looks just fabulous... plus, the xr100 is going to my brother, and i will prolly be getting the orion, so i will prolly put some other kind of motor in it, of course once the original motor fails, and i will be just pretty much upgrading different motor components as i go on, that way i dont have a huge up front cost for a really good, 'non-chinese' bike. But the thing is, are the orion 29's even able to take upgrades like pipes, and different carbs, and things like bore-up kits and such?

id get a pitpro with the lifan the gear pattern is better imo the ducar is 1d 3u and the lifan is all up
