Pit bike turbo!

Has anyone even tryed the electric turbos ahah? PIT PRO / TUMPSTAR / ATV QUAD / BIKE supercharger turbo air intake 250W | eBay heres a link to one off them

I think it would be pretty cool but it would probably stuff the motor wouldnt it since it attachs to the carby and just makes more fuel go through faster?

mate you would get more power from that thing if you had it just blow air into your air filter from behind. they dont work, look cool but dont waste ya coin, what engine ya got?

I would have thought they did some thing, like those old hyclone things you put in your car! Obviously it not a real turbo cause its not running of the exhaust. But those hyclone things promised up to 30% more power! All this sounds good in theory, for $70 give it a crack I say.

the blowers only restrict airflow, and there is no way they can supply enough air to suit a motor running at 8500rpm.
the hyclones have also had lots of problems too,
they can crack and bits fall off jamming in the carby, or intake pipe,
or jamb in a valve even the pieces of stainless going through your motor are not a good thing.
they can move on the intake and block off airflow etc etc

we'll let you buy them mate.

there are a lot of scammers out there , buyer beware
