pitbike wont run properly

i have a 110 pitbike and will not run properly ... it will idle on full choke but wont idle with the choke off and also coughs and splutters alot when you rev it .. ive already pulled the carby off and cleaned but that still didnt work ??
any ideas ??

i moved the needle clip to the lowest position an that fixed it but still won't idle even when i adjust the idle screw

i would say you have a blocked main jet

moving the needle isnt really tuning the carbi.. you need to buy jets... need more info than what you have written..

is this bike new ? 2nd hand ?
was it running fine recently ?
how long has it been sitting around ?
did you really clean it good ?
did you remove the jets and look through them ?

it is second hand .. the fuel is fresh, pulled the carby apart and cleaned it was prettty clean an the jets arnt blocked it is fine now but just wont idle even when i screw and unscrew the idle screw

i got my bike 2nd hand and would not idle at all until i adjusted valve clearances, they were very tight, no clearance at all, after that it idled great straight from 1st kick
