im deciding ona Pitpro 138cc or second hand thumbstar 125cc both genuines
im using it for jumping and thrashing around

what year is the thumpstar and what kind of condition is it in. no point in us advising you to get the thumpstar if its rooted aye :D..

i have heard good things about the pitpro and they are decent for jumping. on the other hand i witnessed a thumpstar jumping BIG.... like 50 foot big and no drama's at all, talked to the bloke, he said he changed footpegs to something a little bigger, thats it so yeah, some decent options in both bikes, price as well????

let us know

Cheers, Tony.

no a genuine from a dealer in ok nic but not brand new
a few scrated plastics
i really like the pit pros i would probaly get the 138cc maybe 125cc
and i want to spend no more than 1200 thumbstars for 1200 hunge 25 i think

looks like you changed your mind since last thread edzy.
depends on how the thumpstar is and what condition it is in. check all the usual stuff like bent frames or cracked paint showing stress marks. also if you look at the pegs and they are tilting down than you know it has been jumped and could possibly be weakened. another thing you can check for is large scratches on the bash plate as this would indicate casing on jumps. but if the thumpstar looks good and is only1200 than i would go with that otherwise the pitpro is a great bike.
