hey i was just wondering if anyone can tell me all the goods and bads about the pitpros. i was thinking about buying a 138cc pitpro off ebay. or i could get a motovert for $1300 ono. wat would you guys get and please tell me reasons too.
thanks

The motovert as long as it is 125cc.

You get alot of problems with ebay bikes, but you could also get problems with Motovert but it seems that the brand name bikes hold up better than the ebays. The old saying goes like this "You get what you pay for" and that is only too right.

i already have an atomik avenger and wantd to sell it and get somethign a bit better like motovert but then i have been hearing alot of good things about the pitpros so i wanted to suss it out lol

What shocks have you got on it stick?

A pitpro would be a pretty good bike with a set of fastace forks and a decent fastace rear shock and as long as the wheels are of decent quality and don't bend too easily.

how much would the shocks and forks cost? and are the ones on motovert already good enough quality that you wouldnt have to get better ones?

Depends what motovert model you are talking about, although if its the cheaper motovert then the fastace are better.

Fastace forks are $400 and The fastace rear bs66rc-280l is $150

View them at www.elstarproducts.com

ok kool i just emailed the guy then asking wat model and year it is and wat are the forks and rear shock on it. wat are some common problems witht he motovert if there are any?

If you maintain the bike you shouldn't have many.

Make sure you always tighten spokes, clean air filter every 1 or 2 rides, loctite all bolts, always check the bolts for tightness even if loctited etc you should be right.

hey wat do i clean air filters in? i hav one that is in a plastic case atm and i cant get it out of there so how would i clean it?

Yeh same bike the shock and forks are fine but if you wanna upgrade i would go with fastace its quality stuff that wont burn a massive hole in your pocket.
ive got the same bike and am quite happy with the suspenders.

Go the Pitpro mate, Its a bike with lots of potential.... thats why i own one;)

yeah i like the pitpro's ive got 2 and they can take a decent beating

i got mine from ebay when they first come on. the wheels on mine a 14 front and 12 back

just had a look at the website, thats a sick site in the making
i reckon that you might be able to pick up the bikes for cheaper on ebay if your persistant cos theres always one bike that fall through the cracks and will sell for cheap cos of no interest and thats when you wanna strike and get yourself a great deal might take a while though.
