when i took my bak wheel of on my orion agb 21 we had to hit the spacer on the disc brake side outt with a hammer .. now that ive changed my tire ive gottaa put the wheeel back on .. i cant get the spacer in .. does eny1 have eny tips of know if there is a specialist tool to seperate the swingarm like a clamp or somethin ?

plz help lol i hell wana ride today ;)

You could do a couple of things, you could give your swinga a bit of a spread with a car jack (or porto power). You could also file your spacers so that they are a snug fit and the disk lines up. I suppose you could also get between 2 trees and use a ratchet strap (or winch) to pull them apart just enough to get the spacer in and then release the pressure and do this every time you remove the wheel. Good luck.

cheers m8 .. i decided to put in 3 washers to replace the spacer and its all workin good ... willl use the car jack next time tho

thanks again bud

they are normally a tight fit but I wouldn't go trying to spread your swingarm, a bit of patients and persistence should be all it takes.
To refit the back wheel on my bike i normally put just the wheel in and put the chain onto the sprocket, position your brake caliper onto your disk rotor and side it forward then rotate it just enough to slide the spacer in place and pull caliper bracket back to line up, put the axle threw the brake side until it gets just inside the wheel (this stops it all falling apart again). Then twist the wheel so it is not true in the swing arm and pop the chain side spacer in there. Takes a little bit but by the sounds of it your rear wheel is probably not going to be held in place properly at the moment so it is worth spending the time to have it right.
