could anyone help me out with post ride maintenance... what i should look for after the first ride, what i should be checking? what should i be cleaning/changing..... brand new to the dirt bike scene.... really dont know much... thanks in advance

Make sure all the bolts are tight.

Take the airfilter off an clean it.
Re-oil it
Give it a wash.
Treat it as a baby haha

got most of that down pat :) just thinks like rims and stuff... how can you go over them? steering and stuff also

Check that all your spokes are tight and yeah recheck all bolts are still tight, defiantly keep an eye on the chain stretch with the first few rides and clutch adjustments.
Valve clearances and do as many oil changes as you can early because it will be wearing in a lot so it will be quite dirty for a while.
Rear wheel is running straight and true.

I'd go over some nuts and bolts i.e. both axle bolts, front caliper bolts, maybe head stem bolts, sometimes after a ride I would re-grease the throttle cable and slide/clutch cable, air filter as said on other posts, after like 4 or 5 rides i'd change the oil just major bolts really stuff that if it comes loose you could get hurt but lock tight is your friend also check your exhaust manifold bolts and sometimes the spokes.

make sure there tight, as in the forks not excessive tight but nice and tight also make sure turning left and right can be done smoothly (unlikley to be an issue after the 1st ride)
also to check the spokes get a spoke wrench and tap them, they should not sound dud and if they do tighten them untill when you hit them they ring but are also not too tight maybe a youtube video will explain better

thanks so much guys! just went out and did a small check... will do it properly tomorrow.... the front axel bolt was really lose will have to get some locktight hahaha.... also can anyone tell me how to bleede my forks if there is no screw at the top of them...
