PW80 Question

Hey guys i know its not a pit bike but i have received lots of help from here in the past so i thought i would ask anyway.
I have a pw80 and it seems like the cdi is stuffed, can i wire a pitbike cdi into it somehow as i have a few of these lying around. The 80 has only 2 wires running from the engine a signal wire and an earth i beleive. any help would be appreciated.

you would want to use a pitbike CDI it will just die, you could get one from a wrecker easy as

yea i cant get one locally so i thouhgt maybe i could use a spare one i have for the pitbike

I wouldn't go with the pitbikes one either, just get a new stock cdi
