Real Mikuni carb

I bought my son the Apollo 125 DB X-14. I've also purchased a real Mikuni carb for it. I've now learned the intake manifold has off-center bolt holes but the Mikuni has centered bolt holes. Does anyone know of a centered bolt hole intake for pitbikes, or of a manifold adapter that allows use of the real Mikuni carb on a pitbike?

One more thing to add is my Mikuni carb is the flange-mount model, not the spigot-mount.
