Rear Brakes on DHZ Dpro 140 locking on

The rear brake on my Dpro keeps on locking on after about 10 or so minutes of ridding it has done this 2 times now, When the bike and brake is left to cool down it unlocks and works again.

Any ideas on what would be causing this and how to fix it ??

u sure it not the brake leaver getting caught on something ive nevver heard of brakes doing that before only thing i can think of it that the leaver is getting caught on a little bit and the pads are rubbing like crazy and heating up

Try flushing the brakes with good quality fluid as the current fluide may be heating up and expanding.
Also back the brake pedal adjuster off a bit
