hey guys my rear shock on my agb29 is to soft i weigh about 70kg/11stone it has a valve up the top to pump air into it and was wandering what psi i should run in it and can you just use a pump for pumping up MTB forks and whith the front forks on the agb29 what are some ways i could make them a bit harder apart from adjusting the twisty things (forgot what they where called lol) on top of the forks.
cheers guys.

the twisty things on top of your forks are air bleeders

you can let air out that builds up in your forks arfter a ride ,,, they dont work hehehe

to stiffen your forks u need to change the oil in them or also do the spring

as for youir rear shock youll find that that air valve u can see is leaking and u now have no air in the shock

u need to take tha shock out and take the valve out and fix the leak i did this with some glue then screw the valve back in andjust pumped it up

works fine for me

try that

nar i dont think its leaking it is just to soft its not really bad i just wanted to make it a bit harder.
p.s. if it was leaking would it bottom out or nearly bottom out when you sit on it
