i was just wondering if anyone had any information on rebuilding/servicing fast 50 speed forks,
I've got the caps off both ends and the spring out and dust seal removed along with the cir clip but I'm now stuck on how to actually separate the fork leg from the outer tube.
any help would be much appreciated.
