Rebuilding Zhocci's and Elka

Hey all,

Looking at getting both my zhocci's and elka rebuilt.

Got a bloke that can do it for me.

Just not sure where I can get new seals etc for them?

Going to start stipping the bike back tomoz night for a heap of TLC. Will get a build thread up shortly.

theres a manual (torque settings may help but thats about it in it)
What size are your stanchions?

Think the gpx black labels are the same seals, pretty sure Dhz have both seals

Would take them to Chad's or Kruze tune but will cost me over $500 to get done.

stantions are the bottom chrome/gold legs of the fork, the bits that slide up and down inside the fork legs

I remember someone saying they are the same size
They look pretty much the same other then the fork leg colour.

tbh id take the shock to kruze tune...
pretty sure its best go get the air bled before filling etc.. + there good at what they do

Yeah good at what they do for sure but going to cost a crap load.

Hhhmm will have to weight it all up.

BLS suspension i think was 280-350, his in seaford. bit cheaper then kruze tune.
he did carlton draught hondas suspension and reefys

Was that for forks and rear shock?

I really don't want to spend $500 on getting them rebuilt.

Worse case I will just get a mate to install new seals rather than rebuilding all together.

yeah new seals new valving and set to my weight. also machined rear shock with better bits to fix it
