Hi
Last week I spun a tyre on the rim and ripped the tube (should check pressures before riding). Just a few quick questions. Does the new tube have a nut on the tube stem on the inside of the rim and one on the outside? What pressure should I run in a 12inch rear and a 14inch front?
Thanks

it should say it on the side of the actual tyre, but mines 35 psi for both aand it same for most mx tread tyres

35 is heaps on my big bike i run 12 in the front and 14 in the rear so maybe like 16 in the front and 18 in the rear

rim lock is a must.. run 18psi in both that will do it fine.. if you worried go 20. not 35 tho haha you will probs blow the tyre out.

yer this problem is pretty common on china bikes, the air pressure gets low and it spins off the rim, keep the tyres pumped and a rim lock is the way to go, cost me about 50 bucks to get a new tube fitted and a rim lockput in

yeh i run 18psi front and back, but without a rim lock i run about 20/22psi
you can use what ever psi ya want really but dont go below 12psi..
some tyres perform better at different psi levels
