how do i rip the dirt up with the back wheel.. i mean like wen the back wheel is spinnin and the front wheel isnt

hold front brake on
hold clutch in
lean to the front of the bike
rev a little bit then give 1 big rev and let the clutch out while havving ur full wait to the front and holding the front brake on

ok thanks heaps binky77 but the thing is i dont want to get hurt again cause ive already ripped my skin off on my leg......is there any chance of me hurting myself??????lol

Hold the clutch in and rev it to full revs and let the clutch out real fast =) Oh and sit forwards

ok good so if i do that nothing will happen 2 me????????lol i worry alot

Could do, just be careful. It's only a pitbike remember not a 250 2 smoker

im really in a wierd mood at the moment cause i ripped the skin off my leg last week and today my 6 yr old cuz split her head open and i dunn want anything else 2 happen

lol man, heres your only problem, i can see you dropping the clutch on full revs and poping a mono and flipping, for begining likes you i think you should lean to the side one leg on the grownd and drop the clutch and practice spin work first, g/l

as long as all your body weight is pretty much over the hangas and got a good grp on the front break u shouldnt have a problem
i sit on the fuel tank it helps if u wanna do long 1s

Just take it slow.. Dont drop the clutch.
Keep trying slowly, you might stall it the first few times but after a while you will get it. Remember dont drop the clutch.
Also buy urself some motocross pants or something. Even cheap ones like the motoxxx brand, or some jeans..you wont smash urself then.

how about doughnuts?
i can do a standstill fine but how do i do circles while still standing on the bike
i can do them with one foot on the ground but the ones standing up looks cool
so any pointers?? eg do i throttle hard in first or do i need more speed on the rear wheel
front brake??
leaning??

guys do i have 2 pull the clutch ,cant i just put gas on and hold the front brake shouldnt that still work?????

this is your best method for someone learning how to do this.

1. make sure your bike is in :) and in first gear with the cluth fully engaged.
2. place both feet on the ground and push your pelvis towards the fuel cap.
3. apply your front brake.
4. shift your body weight over the handlebars
5. apply some revs and let the clutch out to grap point and slowly let the clutch out, you will feel the bike grab but provided you have your hand tightly on the brake and over the clutch you will be fine. eventually you will feel the back wheel begin to spin, once its at this point you can raise your revs, start tearing it up.

what franky is talking about is a donut basically. this is done by tilting your bike to one side (start with the side your comfortable turning.) i find it easiest to roll in second gear, start turning in either direction and place a foot down, then give it some more revs and the back wheel will begin to spin, when this starts just keep it going, move in circles with the bike and you will have one sik donut going. mine look kinda trippy cause my handlebars touch the ground so its really on a sharp angle haha.. only problem is the fuel in the carby struggles to reach the engine so its splutters after like 10 seconds hahaha.. if you keep the bike at 45 degrees it will tear up nicely.

if you have any other questions let us know mate, always happy to help a fellow rider.

sorry mate :) thats when you release the clutch to the point where you feel it begin to grab the back wheel. its like the edge of engage point. there is a certain ammount of slack in the beginning of clutches and if you release the clutch very slowly you will feel what im talking about. it wll feel like your just having to hold the bike back from rolling forward slowly, this is your grab point, its always good to know this point anyway and its useful when your riding, it will make your gear changes more efficient, take off's quicker etc as you can release to the grab point and as soon as that flag dropps, BAM your away :D

Cheers, Tony.
