Out of the box NO. You'ld have to do alot of modding out to get it o the point where the proformence and reliabilty is good enough to go on the road. The kudaPro is pretty much there for rec reg perposes:

Thump*140's Atomik Blitz is pretty much the exact same bike as the kudaPro except the lights tat come standar with the KudaPro.

What Thump*140 has done with his Blitz is what I would want to do to the kudaPro befor even trying to get it rego'd.

You can get it complianced if you go to a certified engineers and get them to certify it for you but would have to go to the RTA first to get them to point you to their engineers and then you'll have to go and get the bike to their requirerments and thats'll cost alot of $$$. I say it'll be mch easier to just buy a road approved bike already.
