hi all im from the uk and i own a orion 110 pit bike. i have seen these bikes everywhere but many featuring differant names but the same bike underneath. here is a link to the bike. ww.sudabikes.com

anyway back on topic. i have snapped the frame above the rear shock. i need a new frame but was wondering if there is a stronger one out there that i can use so this doesnt happen again or is it possible to toughen the existing one up. i have a welder i can use

not new bike time, you will need to re- weld it, if you'r not sarmiliour with welding i would say take it into your local motox shop and ask they if they can weld it, they will probably do it depending if they r busy. It might cost a bit depending on the shop, ask before how much it will cost 2 get it welded! because you don't wanna leave it there and go back and its fixed and then he is like "$85 thanks"

right we bent it back with a sledge hammer and welded it today then went over every weld again on the bike. should be tough as even if it does look like crap. just needs a bit of grinding and some hammerite and then will be good as new

i was ganna mention taking it to a professional welder they have the different types of welding equipment but since u done it your self let us know how it goes :) buy a new bike over 1 snapped welding? gotta be jokin :p

frame is all welded with lots of extra sections to make it stronger. i have painted it. one more coat tommorow then hopefully i can start putting it back together to see if it will be okay as it was messed up really bad
