Spots around newcastle to ride

Hey guys a few mates and i are looking for some good spots to ride in and around the newcastle region....have a quad and a few bikes....none with rego....so if anyone knows any spots that the cops etc rarely go to and could give me some tips it would be much apprecated!!

theres a track in the bush that i go to almost every weekend in kurri. its on george booth drive. just turn right at the roundabout at the mount sugarloaf go karts track and follow the road. then after bout 10 mins u will see a road on ur right about 50 metres after that theres a dirt road that leads into the bush follow that road and go through al the gates.
and its all legal
