Is this for 250cc r-e ? Or moped K ? I think moped your ok with a car follower but 250 you need someone with a motorcycle licnece that's been held for 4years. Doesn't state they have to be on a bike following you tho. But it's best to check call the department of transport don't take anyone's word for it.

If you need r-e shadow check out the guys over on Perth street bikes they have a heap of guys volunteering to help people out with shadowing dedicated threads for it.
