I can not help you with the spacers because I do not have a ssr but I can tell how I put a wheel on.
NOTE: I always use some grease on my axle when before installing.
1)Remove your brake pads.
2)Push your piston in. You can generally push your piston into the caliper by hand.
If you cant do it by hand clean your calipers with brake cleaner.
Put some brake caliper grease around the piston and use a g-clamp to push the piston in but do not use to much force with the g-clamp.
3)Install your brake pads. With the piston all the way in and your brake pads installed you will have the biggest gap and you should have no problem fitting the disc in.
4) Put your caliper back on the bike
5) Put the spacer into the axle hole in the hub on the brake side.
6) Slide the disc into the brakes
7) Put the other spacer in
8) Push you axle through
9) Tighten up and ride.
Oh I think that those smaller spacers sit in the axle hole and the larger ones are on the outside of those.
I hope this helps
