do they work well for motorbike boots???? they're steel capped so you dont hurt your feet if you hit them. they seemed to work well when i took them for a little ride and there easy to change gears with.

i would suggest them if you cant afford proper motorbike boots unless some one knows anything bad about them

They are a bad idea..

There has been some accidents where when riding and the steel cap strikes some thing the cap folds back a crushes/cuts your toes..

Personally I wouldnt wear them when riding.. Better off wearing sneakers.. I would rather break my toes than have them removed..

when you have toes like mine, than yes steel caps are your best friend,

but they suck to ride minis in, too hard to change gears on small bikes,

iam getting some AXO slammers soon to protect my toes,

I used to ride in O'neal m10,s but size 14 mx boots don't suit the pitty to well. work boots are the next best thing. They don't really need to be steel cap though (mine are)Lace ups are the way to go cause elastic sides give shit support to your ankle As for the toe caps folding over they must have been made of aluminium foil. I'm a boilermaker by trade and had 250 universal beam 8 metres long (about 500kg) fall on my toe cap.... I still got toes....

was busted

but steelies not for me

i were runners or my work boots but not steel cape d

cant see it being a problem tho other than hard to change

hey pity daM you got ugly feet

and thaTS not coz of the stiches

even tho

I'd rather wear steel capped workboots than just ordinary ones.

LMAO the whole thing with loosing toes to steel caps is a load of crap. Pesonally i swear by the good old skate style shoes for riding minis. as you can actually feel the gear levers an shit. an is easier to fit in between pegs an lever. Biggest set back for skate shoes is if you gotta put ur foot down quick. is relitivly easy for somthing to punch through the soul of your shoe. wich aint the greatest thing.

i wear my old skate shoes sometime and other times i wear steel cap lace up work boots. the boots obviously protect you alot and yes it is alot easier to feel the gear lever in the skate shows but meh it don't matter what you wear it's up ta you and your own personal preference. you can ride bare feet if ya wanna. baha my mate did that and broke his toe

id wear lace ups if i was wearing work boots too. there not enough ankle support in elastics as for skate shoe there comfy as but there is absolutely no ankle support.

tell me about it dude, ive had 6 operations, had my feet shaved 6 times, over 90 stitches, ive had the bone removed in both big toes (that was photo) and ive has my toes nails pulled out 7 times !!! no wonder they are f#cked now lol,

I dont wear anything but steelcap boots usually elastic siders. Had no dramas with shifting on my old proX. The only prob i had was getting on the rear brakes on dads BMW R80GS/PD, the cap only just fit between the bottom of the carb and the lever lol
