ohk so i have been trying to do a stoppie for a little while, im at a point where i can do one for a meter or so! im having problems with getting some grip! and getting the confidence up to get up some speed and pull up hard!... anyone have anytips? mind you this is a 250f not a pitty so i have to consider staying on the bike otherwise id get crushed :p

protip: try it on the soccer feld so when u do eat it it don't hurt as much. also umm try it on a pittty first?
 
the only way to do long Rolling endo's is to hold the bike up on the balance point, & the only way to find this point is trial & error meaning you will have to flip over on yourself once or twice.....

hard rock surface or the road is the place to start for grip
 
Baby steps.

Little by little squeeze the front brake more and more. Start with static stoppies, stoppies at a total stop. Grab all brake as your at an almost stop to get the rear up. Increase your speed little by little and keep grabbing more and more brake. You'll find that balance point.

When you've found that balance point, its time to practice rolling stoppies. Increase your speed and grab lots of brake and then ease off a bit as the rear comes up to maintain your balance point as your moving.

Expect to crash a bit as you learn how NOT to do it. LOL
