looks like it needs a bit of a tune, 10" of vacuum isn't much.

This could increase the efficiency of Australia Post NO END!!! What a genius!!!

it just uses an old anti pollution air pump of a late model Toyota or similar
lots of them up at U Pull It, and at the Jap importers
then all you need to do is hook up a pulley onto the flywheel


i dunno about increasing efficiency, you'd be tempted to rev it out more.
but it may make deliverys quicker !!

I think Aus Post and their ct110's need all the help they can get....may increase postie deaths in the hills but hey...we'd all get our ebay items at least a day earlier(9 times out of 10)!!! I mean ct110s...aren't much more efficient than a kid on a mtb!! Then again the pedestrian speed limits we have in SA are probably the most limiting factor....Had two German girls in my ute yesterday...funny how neither of them complained about going 80 down windies...Would be fun to see a postie bike with this setup, you could at least have a good joke with Australia Post...might post this to their facebook page see what happens!!

Also it would be WAY easier for all the oldies to HEAR the postman coming ....the CT110's just dont have enough grunt to get through to their hearing aids!!! That is no joke!! Louder vehicles are a good thing when you have an older population!!!
