Dammit! That must mean FiveO have shut down!

Not sure where you could get one Locally since East Coast Powersports has shut down.

Either way it would be cheaper to Buy one from the US I think.

Sano, Billetware etc. are all good Brands!

Check out the Link:

XR50 Swingarm for Mini-bikes

cheers tomy..i might have to get it from there...hate ordering **** from another country.
Do you have any idea on y must swingas and other parts say they only suit up to 2006 model ? is there a change from the 2006 till the current model ?

No change.

Billetware make the sano swingers/frames so look for the cheapest.

Yer five0 has been shut down for a while , they where selling off old stock on there site for a while . now its all gone :(

ive got a sano +4 i can sell to u for $270. but might be to big for what u want?

prob will be to big for a stock crf motor ? what would be the advantage of going for a plus 4 over a plus 2 ? does it add more stabillity ? im very new to the mini game and only got into it because i have a 10yo and a 8yo that i could use for an excuse to by a new bike lol

i wouldnt get a bigger swingarm if you just have the stock motor because u cant doo wheelies , it increases the wheel base and makes the balance point further back .

At the moment if its a Stocka I personally wouldnt go any Bigger than a +2" Swingarm. I think +4" would be way too long in the rear haha especially with Stock Forks, 10" Front Rim and having it 50cc haha!

+2" Swingarm would be your Best Option!

+4 is borderline big on a full mod .

with stock forks/frame and engine .. not a good idea imo.

cheap and effective is to use a crf70 swingarm is aprox +2 . and can be had for cheap but mite be a little hard to source one.

The brake tab on the swingarm needs to be modified and (welded forward a little i think) and you mite get away with the stock brake rod.

should work with stock shock/wheel.

all good. im going to order a + 2 sano i think and yeah it has stock forks at the moment but i want to get the longer swinger first then ill be going to techno flex which is a suspension place i have used in the past and will get him to design something...either off the shelf or make something himself...if that done work ill do the standard plus 1 fork legs nd springs and then order a fox float mxr shock....am i on the right point ? dont wanna mod the engine just yet till the kids get the hang of it a bit more...

Yer sounds pretty good so far . what do you have in mind for the forks ? +1's are a simple effective solution . just dont get the hd springs , they will be to hard for kids . try and find +1 stock weight springs , i think they have them.

i reckon +2 will be even to big for stock motor aha. do engine mods first i reckon.

yeah i would say that would apply for my kids but mine are big boys...10yo and 66kg LOL. and my 8yo is 58 kg...i think the hd ones would be ok for there weight. im more concerned about the suspension for when i start jumping it. im only 80kg but for a crf50 i might break its back

i need to hold off the engine mods till the kids start complaining that they need more power then ill start off with an 88 kit..shouldnt be to long away id say.

Sounds like your on the right Track ;)

Good to hear! With the Stock Forks as Wogtaz Ryder said Id just go with +1 Forks but also the HD Springs too considering you will be be riding/jumping it etc and the Fox Float is a GREAT Option! Thats what Id be doing too!
