Well today at track thrashed the hell out of my bike and it was totally awesome as usual till the last session

Putted my bike to the track entrance and just sitting with the bike idling and PFFFFFTTTTTTT + puff of smoke...

WTF bike just died meh push back to pits was close to closing time anyways

Get home pull motor down only to find the roller rockers pin that holds the roller rockers roller (say that three time fast) in had fallen out!!!

Parts list - piston, rockers, & valves god dam i have some ****** luck *or is it my ride style* meh

hey mate,
have you had any other problems with the tb v2 heads and tb bore kits ? thanks

yep, bent valves cause i put cam in rong last time haha but that was my fault. Also i'm what you would say HARSH with my motors, valve bouce is the only sound i like to hear b4 deciding to change gears.. so could be self inflicted

that said one would think that the pins falling out should never happen but if ****'ll happen it'll hapen to me :)

Awk. I was just curious. Cause there's always problems when you make motors so quick and power haha

how's the power with them mate. They quick ;)

Your riding style, never ending adjustment and altering of gear - the burn out has for sure not help eider! :D

Yer same as when I went riding today on my big bike I would wait until I had the throttle pinned before I changed up becuase it better the over rev then have high revs with a closed throttle on a two stroke

we have been using TB stuff for years, Mike (owner of TB) is one of the kindest guys on the planet and has some great products. the only problem we have accured with the v2 heads is the valve tappets backing out but some red locktite seems to have solved those issues, some we even double nutted. if you have any issues contact Mike and he will take care of ya, he loves you international guys.

So the Roller Roller, Roller Pin fell out? WOW Never seen that happen!

Only problems we've ever had V2 rockers is the roller rocker valve adjustment screw stripping out of the which can be fixed by using a locking nut TOP & Bottom of the adjustment screw. (Could this be the source of your problem?)

Can also swap the rockers out for Taky +r rollers .. mite be better quality?

Ive heard there lighter , so fair few people swap them out

how much would the taky ones cost you reckon, ?
so they will fit any v2 head right ?
cheers
